Wei’s journey into yoga began in 2005 when a serious illness led her to practice yoga for healing. The positive impact on her health and strength inspired her to share yoga’s transformative benefits with others. In 2007, she began teaching and has since earned certifications in a variety of areas, including a 250-hour RYT, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, and anatomy courses. She further deepened her practice with studies in Ayurveda and breathwork in India, and meditation in Nepal.
In 2017, Wei expanded her expertise to Pilates, completing training in all major Pilates equipment. Combining yoga’s mindfulness with Pilates’ precision, her classes focus on strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
With 18 years of teaching experience, Wei is passionate about helping students of all levels develop a balanced and sustainable practice that nurtures both body and mind. She remains dedicated to continuous learning and strives to guide others toward greater health and well-being with each class.

Zoe is a STOTT PILATES fully-certified instructor who has been inspiring clients since 2022. With a strong focus on building solid foundations, she guides individuals through a journey of gradual progression, empowering them to master both foundational and advanced movements.
Committed to continuing education, Zoe stays updated on the latest developments in fitness and movement to enhance her practice and better serve her clients. As a lifelong learner, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and motivating environment where clients can explore their potential and achieve their fitness goals.
Zoe believes in the transformative power of movement and is excited to support each person on their unique journey toward strength and wellness.

Fiona is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who loves connecting with others and supporting their well-being.She began her yoga journey in 2012 and quickly discovered its powerful benefits for both physical and mental health, particularly in managing anxiety.
Fiona completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2019, followed by her 500-hour advanced training in 2024. Her teaching emphasizes proper alignment, mindful breath awareness, and intentional movement.
With a calm, supportive approach, Fiona creates an inclusive space where students feel empowered to build confidence, deepen body awareness, and cultivate a sustainable, lifelong yoga practice.

Elle is a wellness guide and yoga facilitator specializing in Yin and Yang Yin yoga, offering classes, workshops, and events focused on nervous system restoration, balance, and mindful connection. Her teaching is inspired by training with Yoga Tree, Bernie Clark, Tracey Soghrati, and other influential mentors who continue to shape her evolving journey. Through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, she creates supportive spaces for students to reconnect, restore, and return to themselves.
