Studio Policy
1. Class Scheduling
All classes must be booked in advance via our website, mobile app, or by email.
Registration closes 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time for all classes.
For morning and noon classes, if no registrations are received by 10PM the night before, the class will be canceled.
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be enrolled and notified via email.
All Mandarin Classes require a minimum of 2 participants to run. You will receive an email notification if your class is canceled due to low enrollment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session, which will be deducted from your package.
3. Arrival
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a smooth start.
For safety reasons, late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be permitted to join the class.
4. Payments
All purchases are non-refundable and packages are non-transferable.
Class packages expire after a set period - details will be provided at the time of purchase.
5. Package Pause Policy
Clients may pause their package once for up to 1 year due to travel, injury, or personal reasons. To resume your package, please notify the studio.
If the pause exceeds 1 year, a $50 reactivation fee will apply.
Only one pause per package is allowed. Paused packages cannot be extended further.
6. Studio Guidelines
Please remove shoes and silence phones in the studio.
Grip socks are recommended for safety, regular socks are mandatory for hygiene.
Help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all clients.
7. Health & Safety
Inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or if you’re pregnant before class.
Clean all equipment after use and treat all equipment with care and respect.
8. Personal Items
Keep personal belongings in the designated area. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Positive Environment
We are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive space for everyone. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
