Reformer Flow Level 1

Level: Beginner

Reformer Flow Level 1.5

Level: Intermediate 

A steady-paced class that bridges beginner and intermediate levels. You’ll refine your technique while building endurance, coordination, and fluidity on the Reformer.

Tower Control 1.5

Level: Intermediate 

This mid-level Tower class emphasizes slow, precise movements to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase control. Great for clients building deeper awareness and foundational strength.

Stability Chair Level 1.5

Level: Intermediate  

A dynamic class using the Pilates Stability Chair to build strength, control, and balance. Focuses on full-body integration, postural awareness, and core stability through precise, low-impact movement. Ideal for those looking to move with more power, ease, and confidence.

Cardio Jumpboard Level 1.5

Stretch & Flow

Level: All level

Mat Pilates

Level: All Levels

This Mat Pilates Group Class focuses on developing core strength while building a solid foundation of stability and mobility. Improve your body control, balance, and posture with guided exercises designed to help you move with confidence.

Yoga (Mandarin)

Our Yoga Group Class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and inner calm. You'll flow through foundational poses that enhance balance, mobility, and mindfulness. A welcoming environment for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Classes will be taught in Mandarin.
