Pilates Foundation Flow​

Level: Beginner  

Required: ​Completion of the Intro to Pilates workshop or prior experience with Pilates fundamentals and equipment.

A structured, fundamentals-based class designed to introduce and reinforce the core principles of Pilates. 

This class emphasizes breath, alignment, and controlled movement to build a strong foundation. Ideal for beginners or those looking to reconnect with the essentials, Foundation Flow develops stability, postural awareness, and mindful body mechanics.

Pilates Progression Flow

Level: Beginner/Intermediate 

Required: 10 Foundation Flow classes or prior experience with foundational Pilates movements.

A thoughtfully paced class for those ready to expand their practice with deeper engagement and fluid transitions. 

Progression Flow introduces more complex movement patterns while maintaining a focus on form and precision. This class supports strength, flexibility, and coordination, offering a steady progression toward a more integrated Pilates practice.

Level: Intermediate

Required: 10 Progression Flow classes or strong experience with intermediate Pilates movements. 

An elevated flow for experienced clients seeking refined movement and full-body strength. 

Precision Flow blends dynamic sequences with sustained control, emphasizing alignment, core integration, and technical clarity. This class is ideal for those with a strong foundation, looking to challenge their practice with intention and depth. 

Cardio Jumpboard

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Required: 5 Foundation Flow classes or prior experience with foundational Pilates movements.

A high-energy, low-impact class that combines Pilates principles with cardiovascular training.

Using the reformer jumpboard, this class delivers a dynamic workout that builds endurance, strengthens the lower body, and elevates the heart rate—all while maintaining core control and alignment. Ideal for those looking to enhance stamina and power within a supportive, joint-friendly format.

Mat Pilates

Level: All Levels

This Mat Pilates Group Class focuses on developing core strength while building a solid foundation of stability and mobility. Improve your body control, balance, and posture with guided exercises designed to help you move with confidence.

Yoga (Mandarin)

Our Yoga Group Class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and inner calm. You'll flow through foundational poses that enhance balance, mobility, and mindfulness. A welcoming environment for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Classes will be taught in Mandarin.
